National Director - Research

Anneke began her property career in 2004, and in that time has gained experience across many facets of commercial property
including leasing, consultancy, research, feasibility analysis, forecasting, and financing.

Anneke leads the Australian Research team for Colliers International, and as part of this role manages the production of all of
Colliers’ Research and Forecast and Colliers Radar Reports (RFRs), as well as our Colliers EDGE data subscription
product. She has a particular focus on office markets – both the Capital Markets and leasing sectors – and contributes annually
to the Capital Markets’ teams Investment Review series.

Anneke is regularly called upon to present at property industry forums run by groups such as the Property Council of Australia
(PCA), the Australian Property Institute (API) and Property Investment Research (PIR). She has also contributed to a number
of panel discussions, and regularly presents to Colliers’ wide variety of client groups.


Anneke has delivered numerous major reports to some of Australia’s premier property developers and investors, as well to state and local government organisations. This has included providing advice and Due Diligence material to the NSW Government
to assist in their sale of Port Botany, Port Kembla, the Enfield and Cooks River Intermodal Terminals & the Port of Newcastle. This advice provided potential purchasers with a comprehensive outlook of the Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle
Industrial markets, including land supply and demand at a precinct level. Also gaining valuable experience in the property banking sector, she has worked on the financing aspect of some major property transactions for companies such as
Growthpoint, 360 Capital and Arena Investment Management.

As part of Colliers International’s Awards of Excellence program, Anneke was awarded the 2015 State Internal Service Excellence Award (Vic), which is awarded to the individual who consistently demonstrates service excellence to their internal clients, engaging them in a professional manner and going beyond expectations to accelerate their team’s success. In May 2016, Anneke was promoted to the position of National Director, National Head of Research, and heads up the growth
strategy, thought leadership, data collection process and report production for the Australian Research Team.
